1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone, message, and the IP address used to submit, when you use the "Get a Quote" / contact form.
• Analytics cookies (only after your consent): we record anonymous visit statistics — IP address, approximate location (country/region/city), device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is stored only if you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.
• Strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that remembers your selected language, and a cookie that remembers your consent choice. These are required for the site to function and are not used for tracking.

3. Legal basis & purposes

• Contact form: Art. 6(1)(b) contract / Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest to respond to your enquiry. Submission requires your explicit consent (Art. 7).
• Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) consent — processed only after you opt in via the cookie banner.
• Necessary cookies: Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest / Art. 5(3) ePrivacy exemption (strictly necessary).

4. Retention

Contact-form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Anonymous visit statistics are retained for no more than 24 months. You may request earlier erasure at any time (see Section 7).

5. Sharing & international transfers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help run the site: our web-hosting provider, our email service, and the geolocation service ip-api.com (used to resolve the approximate country of a visitor's IP for analytics and language selection, only after consent). Where a processor is established outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

International transfer note: If you are located outside the European Economic Area (for example in Russia, the Middle East, South America or Southeast Asia), your personal data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By submitting the contact form or accepting analytics cookies, you consent to this cross-border transfer and to the processing described in this Policy.
