High Speed 8-Heads Linear Weigher

The system comprises a storage hopper, feeders, load cells, weighing heads, and a discharge gate. After the operator sets the target weight on the HMI and presses start, the feeders convey product from the storage hopper to the load‑cell‑equipped weighing heads. Upon reaching the setpoint, the discharge gates open to empty the hoppers and the next cycle starts. The machine has 8 weighing heads that operate in a combined cyclic weighing sequence. The control panel provides start/stop, weight presetting, and a live weight readout.
